Faved - Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

OUR COMMITMENT

Faved Ltd ("Faved", "we", "us") operates faved.com, a creator-brand sponsorship marketplace. This policy states, without exception, that faved.com must never be advertised or promoted through unsolicited messages - by us, by our employees and contractors, by any affiliate or partner, or by any third party acting on our behalf or for our benefit.

This prohibition covers unsolicited email, SMS, direct messages on social platforms, and messages sent through any other medium. It applies whether the message is sent by a person or generated automatically, and whether it is sent from a faved.com address or from any other domain.

We do not operate an affiliate or reseller programme, and no third party is authorised to advertise faved.com on our behalf. Anyone found doing so is acting without our permission and against this policy.

MESSAGES WE DO SEND

Transactional messages. Sign-in links, sponsorship offer notifications, deal and campaign updates, contract and invoice notifications, and payment confirmations. These are sent only to the person who created the account, or to a counterparty whose address was entered in order to transact on a specific deal. They are one-to-one and triggered by the recipient's own activity on the platform. They are not marketing.

Business correspondence. We contact brands and creators about specific partnership opportunities. Where we do so, we hold ourselves to the standards in the next section. We do not treat business correspondence as a licence to send bulk mail.

STANDARDS WE HOLD OURSELVES TO

  • We do not harvest or scrape addresses, and we do not buy or rent consumer lists. Where we use licensed B2B data providers, we contact business addresses only, and only where there is a specific and relevant reason to do so.
  • We contact a brand or creator only where there is a specific, relevant reason to do so, and we keep volumes proportionate to genuine relevance rather than to reach.
  • Every message identifies Faved plainly, uses accurate headers and a working reply address, and never disguises its origin or purpose.
  • Every non-transactional message offers a clear way to opt out. Opt-out requests are honoured promptly and permanently, and are enforced through a suppression list applied across every sender and every domain we operate.
  • We authenticate our mail with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and we monitor delivery and complaint signals so that problems are caught early.
  • A recipient never needs to have an account, or to take any action on our platform, in order to be left alone.

WHAT USERS MAY NOT DO

Brands, creators and agencies using Faved may not use the platform, or any content or contact details obtained through it, to send unsolicited messages. Contact details exchanged on Faved are provided for the purpose of the specific sponsorship at hand and for no other purpose.

Breach of this policy is a breach of our Terms of Service and will result in suspension or termination of the account, in addition to any other remedy available to us.

REPORTING A VIOLATION

If you have received a message advertising faved.com that you did not ask for, we want to know. Email abuse@faved.com with the full message, including its headers where you are able to provide them.

We investigate every report. Where a message came from us, we suppress the address immediately and correct whatever allowed it to be sent. Where it came from a third party using our name without permission, we will say so and act against it.

Blocklist operators, mailbox providers and network operators may use the same address, and we will respond to them as a priority.
